We are a family of 10, staying at the Contemporary during busy spring break. 3 of us don’t want to rope drop. What is the best way to get 7 of us to Animal Kingdom for rope drop? During our previous 2023 WDW visit, we ended up driving to AK, (after the bus did not arrive at the Contemporary), but the LONG walk into and out of Animal Kingdom from the parking lot was a lesson on what not to do. Should we try the bus again? Is a better option to get to the park in 1 Minnie Van (for the car seats) with the maximum seating of 5 and the other 2 go in an Uber (folloowed by the 3 sleeping in coming in a Uber)? After the morning in Animal Kingdom, we plan to park hop to Magic Kingdom. I anticiapte all 10 of us will be hopping to Magic Kingdom from Animal Kingdom together. Should we make that move with 2 Minnie Vans (5 and 5)? (We took the bus from Hollywood Studios to the Contemporary in 2023 and my memory was multiple slow stops.) If we go with Mini Vans, can we, should we, order those in advance? Also, when we leave AK, does it make more sense to be dropped off at the MK enterance and enter that way OR would our entrance be faster to be faster to be dropped off back at the Contemporary and enter MK through it’s side enterance?
